Melodía has no accounts and no login, so there is nothing here that identifies you personally. This page explains the little that we do collect.
Puzzle progress
Daily-challenge progress — how far you got, your time, and your personal best — is remembered in your browser's local storage. When you finish a run, an anonymous tap log is sent so the server can verify it; that log is not stored. The public share card and leaderboard show only rounds, strikes, and time — never the notes.
Visit statistics
We count page views with Umami, an analytics tool we run on our own server. It stores no cookie, no device identifier and no IP address, and produces only aggregated counts. That data is never shared with anyone. We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, run by Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, to learn how visitors find these pages through search. Like any request to another server, loading it shares the visitor's IP address with Ahrefs; the service sets no cookies and reports only aggregated visits.
Cookies
We set one cookie of our own that remembers your language. It is not used to track you. The cookie page lists it in detail.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Because we hold no personal data, there is usually nothing to send you — but write to us and we'll confirm that in writing.
